Shipping Policy

Overview ankerrdeals ships from our European warehouse to addresses in the European Union and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and we do not ship outside those places. Customer support is provided by email at [email protected] (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM U.S. EST).

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Free Shipping: 5–8 business days — Free
• Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days — €4.45
• Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days — €13.35

Transit times are counted from the moment your order ships, not from the time it is placed. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to display tracking updates.

Force Majeure
Delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, public emergencies, or an incorrect shipping address are not considered a failure to ship on time. In such cases we will work with the carrier and keep you informed.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email [email protected] before your order ships. We cannot change the address after the package has been handed to the carrier.
