Something not working right? Most warranty claims are resolved within 2 business days.

What’s Covered

All products sold on this store include a hassle-free warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from your delivery date. Accidental damage and normal wear are not covered.

How to File a Claim

1. Find your order number in your order confirmation email.
2. Describe the issue — what happens, when it started, and what you’ve tried. Photos or a short video help a lot.
3. Send it to us at [email protected] with the subject
   “Warranty Claim”.

If the product is confirmed defective, we’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund — your choice. See also our Connected
